with sweet ripe tannins.

Sangiovese van de Hemel en Aarde Valleij
This wine shows the bright cherry fruit and savoury spice character typical of Sangiovese. The palate is smooth, with hints of floral notes and an almost dusty finish; ideal for pairing with classic Italian dishes like baked aubergine,tomato-based pasta and cured meats. Moderate tannin and a bright acidity will see this wine drinking well on release and developing for at least 2-5 years.
A medium-bodied red with ripe tannins, depth and drinkability from whole bunch fermentation. A great addition to the Force Majeure range.
'Poor man's Pinot Noir' - sappige elegante wijn , doet denken aan een fijne Pinot, met de geuren van een snoepjeswinkel. Geen additieven, spontane fermentatie, oude vaten ..

This tribute to our wine-making past was hand crafted from a forgotten patch of bush vines that have resolutely withstood the tempest of wine globalization and showcases this varietal’s essence.
